When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, clinic name, professional credentials, and billing information.
2.2 Clinical Data
When you use our consultation recorder and note generation features, we process audio recordings and generate clinical notes. Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently. Generated clinical notes are stored securely in your account and associated with your patients.
2.3 Usage Data
We collect anonymised usage analytics to improve our service, including pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data.
3. How We Use Your Information

All data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia via our infrastructure partner Supabase. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
5. Data Sharing
We only share data with third-party service providers who are necessary for operating our platform (e.g., payment processing, AI transcription). All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
