Which one sends the message?
Quicka Practice runs the clinic and sends the two messages a booking system needs. Quicka Automations is for everything beyond that. You do not need Automations to confirm and remind.

Yes. Quicka Clinical includes a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. Modules are self-serve after that: switch them on from your billing page whenever you want them, at any clinic size.
Yes. Add or drop modules from your billing page whenever the clinic changes shape. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Yes. Enterprise pricing is available for larger clinics, multi-location groups, and partner networks that need volume pricing, onboarding, procurement support, or custom add-on bundles.
Quicka Practice starts at A$29/month + GST for one active clinician. One organisation price covers every location. Six clinic sizes use the number of active clinicians who can be scheduled, counted once across the organisation. Annual pricing is 10 monthly payments.
Practice includes native bookings, patient and contact records, services, invoices, payments, location-aware stock, online booking, and one confirmation plus one reminder. Advanced sequences, recalls, campaigns and branching journeys remain in Quicka Automations.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout and shown separately on your invoice.
Quicka Clinical is the complete clinical workspace, including AI Scribe, notes, letters and forms, treatment plans, the patient app, exercise programs, Clinical Mentor and Session Planner. Connected calendar context and starter reports remain visible. Quicka Practice adds native bookings, patients, services, invoices, payments, stock and one confirmation plus one reminder across every location. Quicka Automations adds extra follow-ups, recalls, campaigns and patient journeys.
Starter reports are included. Custom report boards and custom KPI tiles are a paid upgrade, priced for however many active clinicians you have. Every clinic size can buy it self-serve.
Quicka Practice includes one booking confirmation and one reminder for native appointments. Email is included. SMS usage is shown separately. Quicka Automations is where you add extra rules, sequences, recalls, campaigns and recovery journeys.
The base exercise library, uploading your own exercise videos, and AI extraction of written instructions from those videos are all included with Quicka Clinical. Quicka Exercises is an optional add-on for custom exercise creation with AI-generated instruction images: A$19 per clinician per month (A$180 per clinician per year), including 30 image generations per clinician each month. Failed generations are refunded to your allowance.
Quicka Clinic Growth is the software platform for SEO, AI-search visibility, competitor tracking, content planning, and recommendations. Optional hands-on growth support can be quoted separately for clinics that want help executing the work.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Australia where our infrastructure supports it, and access is scoped per clinic and per role. Health information is never sold, shared, or used to train AI models. We work through additional compliance requirements for clinic and enterprise deployments.
Cliniko, Nookal and PracSuite are supported. Quicka Clinical can run alongside your connected system, keeping appointment context available for clinical work. Quicka Practice adds native clinic operations when you are ready to make Quicka the home for bookings and billing.
Yes. You can turn off renewal at any time. Monthly plans remain active through the current paid month. Annual plans are paid upfront for the selected 12-month term and remain active until that term ends; cancelling stops the next renewal, but the unused annual term is not prorated or refunded except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
