Clinical Educator

Topic-based discussion with literature access — for learning, not casework.

Clinical Educator

The Clinical Educator is a reflective practice tool for healthcare clinicians. It supports topic-based discussion with literature access — built for learning and CPD, not for casework.

How It Works

Start a new topic discussion from the workspace chat bar. The educator provides:

  • Topic-based discussion — educational prompts about a clinical topic
  • Published literature — links to relevant research where available
  • General principles — broad assessment themes and management principles for learning
💡

The Clinical Educator is built for reflective practice and continuing education. It complements your existing clinical supervision rather than replacing it.

Starting a Session

  1. Open Workspace
  2. Ask a topic-level question from the chat bar
  3. Explore the topic, follow literature links, and reflect
  4. Apply your own clinical judgement to any patient you treat

Supervision Integration

For clinics with supervision workflows:

  • Clinicians can discuss topic learning points with supervisors
  • Supervisors can review professional development themes
  • Sessions are tagged for easy filtering in the supervisor's review queue

Privacy

Clinical Educator chat messages are stored securely. Topics are kept separate from your case notes and transcripts.
