Click Focus Mode from your dashboard or the sidebar. Select the date range for notes you want to process.
Review Each Note
Notes appear one at a time in a clean, distraction-free view. Read the AI-generated note and make any adjustments.
Approve & Advance
Hit approve (or press Enter) to finalise the note and automatically move to the next one. Skip notes that need more time.
Export in Bulk
When you're done, export all finalised notes to your PMS in one batch. Your backlog is cleared.
