Pessary recall
Enrol a pessary once, and the recalls run themselves.
Pessaries are TGA-regulated devices, and they deserve better than a shared spreadsheet. Record the fitting once, with batch and lot numbers, and Quicka schedules the whole recall program: it works out the review, doctor-review and replacement dates, then sends the patient reminders by SMS and email and chases the ones who do not respond. You stay in control, the follow-up runs itself.
- Enrol a fitting once and Quicka schedules the full review, doctor-review and replacement program
- Patient recalls send automatically by SMS and email, and chase non-responders on cadence
- Overdue in red, due-soon in amber, with batch and lot traceability on every device
- Recall a batch in one step: paste a lot number and message every affected patient at once

Letters & reports
Stop retyping diaries into GP letters.
When a diary comes back, the summary is already sitting beside the letter draft, with voids, volumes and leak episodes pulled in for you. You check it, sign it and send it. A patient-friendly PDF of the diary is one click away too.
- GP and specialist letters drafted from the diary and your notes
- You review and approve every letter before it goes anywhere
- Patient-facing diary PDF for printing or sending
- Letters live beside the consult, not in a separate system
Letter to Dr Julian Kwok
RE: Bronwyn Teague · DOB 14/03/1985
Dear Dr Kwok,
Thank you for referring Bronwyn, whom I reviewed this week for stress urinary incontinence.
Bronwyn completed a 3-day bladder diary. Average daytime frequency was 9 voids with 2 episodes of stress-pattern leakage, both associated with coughing. Fluid intake averaged 1.8L per day, with caffeine noted on all three days and one episode of nocturia each night.
On examination, pelvic floor muscle strength was graded 2/5 (modified Oxford) with reduced endurance and a delayed involuntary contraction on cough.
We have commenced a supervised pelvic floor muscle training program with bladder retraining and caffeine reduction, and Bronwyn will continue the diary for a further two weeks.
I will review her in 4 weeks and update you. The full diary summary is attached.
Kind regards,
Robin Sable, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
The rest of Quicka
Pelvic health is one switch inside a full clinic platform.
Quicka runs the whole clinic: an AI scribe with pelvic health note templates, exercise programs, reminders and rebooking, and insights for the owner. Turn on the Pelvic Health workspace and it sits alongside everything else your team already uses.
Built for sensitive care.
Bladder diaries, pessary records and consult notes are about as private as clinical data gets. This is how Quicka handles them.
Clinicians approve every word
AI drafts the summary, the letter and the note. Your clinician reviews and signs off before anything reaches a patient or a GP.
Patient data stays in Australia
Diaries, pessary records and notes are hosted onshore, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access.
Aligned with the Privacy Act and APPs
Handled as health information. Never sold, shared, or used to train AI models.
Consent and opt-outs honoured
Diary invites and pessary recalls respect patient consent and opt-outs across SMS and email.
Built by a pelvic health physio.
Quicka was built by a physiotherapist working in pelvic health, because a real caseload needed it. We know why the paper diary comes back half finished, why the pessary spreadsheet sits in the back of your mind, and how much care a sensitive consult note deserves. Quicka is the software we wanted in clinic, with AI doing the drafting and the clinician making every decision.
Whether you own the clinic or you are the clinician pushing for better tools, we are happy to walk you through it and answer the hard questions about privacy, accuracy and workflow.
Questions clinicians ask.
Do patients need an app to complete a diary?+
No. The diary opens in the patient's phone browser from an SMS or email link, with no app store and no passwords. They log as they go, and the completed summary comes back to you ready to review.
Does Quicka diagnose or make clinical decisions?+
No. It is documentation and workflow software. It drafts diaries, letters and notes, and your clinician reviews and approves every output. Clinical judgement stays with your team.
Are the pessary recalls really automatic?+
Yes. Enrolling a fitting schedules the whole recall program, and the patient reminders send by SMS and email on cadence. You approve anything patient-facing, and overdue reviews are flagged before a patient slips through.
Do I have to replace my practice management system?+
No. Pelvic Health runs alongside Cliniko, Nookal or PracSuite. You turn it on for the clinic and keep the system you already use.
Where does the data live, and is it secure?+
Australian hosted, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access. Diaries, pessary records and notes are handled as health information under the Privacy Act, never sold or used to train models.

Help shape Quicka for pelvic health
I’m inviting a small group of pelvic health clinicians and clinics to try Quicka in real practice. Tell me a little about your team, what you would most like to improve and when you are generally available for a guided walkthrough.
Your answers will help me tailor the walkthrough and place you in a session with clinicians who have similar workflows.
