Focus Mode

Focus Mode lets you review and approve all your consultation notes for the day in a streamlined, distraction-free interface.

Accessing Focus Mode

1. From the dashboard, click Focus Mode in the sidebar
2. Select the date range you want to review (defaults to today)
3. Your pending notes appear in a queue

How It Works

Focus Mode presents each consultation note one at a time:

1. Read the generated note
2. Edit any sections that need adjustment
3. Approve to finalise the note, or Flag for supervisor review
4. Next to move to the next note in the queue

Rapid Review

For experienced clinicians, Rapid Review mode provides a condensed view:

• Side-by-side comparison of the transcript and generated note
• Keyboard shortcuts for approve, edit, and skip
• Batch approval for straightforward consultations
