Treatment Plans
Quicka Health helps you create and maintain structured treatment plans that evolve with each consultation.
Creating a Treatment Plan
Treatment plans can be created in two ways:
- Automatically — generated from a consultation recording based on the clinical discussion
- Manually — created from scratch using templates or a blank plan
From a Consultation
After recording a session, Quicka Health suggests treatment plan updates based on:
- Goals discussed with the patient
- Assessments performed
- Interventions planned
- Outcome measures mentioned
Review the suggestions, accept or modify them, and the plan is updated.
From Templates
- Go to the patient record → Treatment Plans
- Click New Plan → From Template
- Choose from evidence-based templates for common conditions
- Customise the template for the individual patient
Plan Structure
Each treatment plan includes:
- Goals — short-term and long-term objectives
- Interventions — planned treatments and activities
- Outcome measures — how progress will be tracked
- Review dates — when the plan should be reassessed
- Progress notes — linked from each consultation
Tracking Progress
As consultations are recorded, Quicka Health automatically links session notes to the relevant treatment plan. You can see:
- Which goals have been addressed
- What progress has been made
- Upcoming review dates
💡
Treatment plans can be exported as PDF documents for sharing with patients, referrers, or funding bodies.
