Add clinicians, receptionists, and supervisors to your Quicka Health clinic.

Inviting Team Members

Quicka Health supports multi-user clinics. Invite your team so everyone can use the platform with their own login and personalised settings.

How to Invite

  1. Go to Clinic SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They'll receive an email invitation to join your clinic

Roles

RolePermissions
AdminFull access — manage clinic settings, billing, and all team members
ClinicianRecord consultations, view own patients, manage own notes
ReceptionistView schedules, manage appointments, view clinic-level insights
SupervisorReview and co-sign notes from supervised clinicians

Supervisors can review notes from clinicians they supervise without needing to access the full patient record.

Managing Team Members

From the Team tab you can:

  • Change roles — click the role badge next to a team member
  • Remove access — click the menu icon → Remove from clinic
  • Resend invitations — for pending invites that haven't been accepted

Data Isolation

Each clinician only sees their own patients and consultations by default. Admins and supervisors have broader access based on their role permissions. All access is logged for audit purposes.
