Clinic Setup
Setting up your clinic profile ensures Quicka Health tailors its features to your practice. This takes about 5 minutes.
Accessing Clinic Settings
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Clinic Settings from the dropdown
- You'll see tabs for General, Hours, and Preferences
General Information
Fill in your clinic details:
- Clinic name — displayed throughout the app
- Address — used for documentation and referral letters
- Phone and email — for patient communications
- ABN — for invoicing (Australian practices)
Business Hours
Set your standard operating hours. Quicka Health uses these to:
- Suggest appointment slots
- Schedule follow-up reminders during business hours only
- Display availability to team members
Practice Preferences
Configure how Quicka Health works for your discipline:
- Default note format — SOAP, DAP, or narrative
- Session duration — typical appointment length
- Auto-save interval — how often draft notes are saved
