Clinic Setup

Setting up your clinic profile ensures Quicka Health tailors its features to your practice. This takes about 5 minutes.

Accessing Clinic Settings

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Clinic Settings from the dropdown
  3. You'll see tabs for General, Hours, and Preferences

General Information

Fill in your clinic details:

  • Clinic name — displayed throughout the app
  • Address — used for documentation and referral letters
  • Phone and email — for patient communications
  • ABN — for invoicing (Australian practices)

Business Hours

Set your standard operating hours. Quicka Health uses these to:

  • Suggest appointment slots
  • Schedule follow-up reminders during business hours only
  • Display availability to team members

Practice Preferences

Configure how Quicka Health works for your discipline:

  • Default note format — SOAP, DAP, or narrative
  • Session duration — typical appointment length
  • Auto-save interval — how often draft notes are saved

These preferences can be overridden per clinician in individual profile settings.
