Login Issues
Having trouble signing in? Here are the most common causes and solutions.
Forgot Your Password
- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Click the reset link and create a new password

The reset email is sent from noreply@quicka.health. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
"Invalid Credentials" Error
- Check your email address — make sure you're using the same email you registered with
- Check caps lock — passwords are case-sensitive
- Try resetting your password — if you're unsure of your current password
Account Locked
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security.
- Wait 15 minutes and try again
- Or click Forgot password? to reset your password, which also unlocks the account
Invited but Can't Log In
If you received a team invitation email but can't log in:
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email
- Create your account with the same email address the invitation was sent to
- Set your password and complete your profile

Invitation links expire after 7 days. If your link has expired, ask your clinic admin to resend the invitation from Clinic Settings → Team.
Browser Issues
If the login page isn't loading correctly:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for the Quicka Health domain
- Try a different browser — Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are all supported
- Disable browser extensions — ad blockers or privacy extensions can sometimes interfere
- Check your internet connection — try loading another website to confirm
