Clinician finishes the plan
When a clinician signs off a phased treatment plan in the workspace, reception sees it appear on the Plans tab.
Accept the smart matches
If the patient already has matching PMS appointments, the Smart Matches tab proposes links. Bulk-accept the ones that look right.
Bulk-book the rest
Open the booking drawer, pick the cadence (weekly, fortnightly, custom), and book the remaining sessions against the plan's preferred constraints.
Send the patient away set
Patients leave with every follow-up appointment in the diary, plus app access to reschedule themselves if life happens.
