Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Quicka Health! This guide will have you recording and documenting your first consultation in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit the Quicka Health app and click Start Free Trial
2. Enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address
3. You'll be taken to your new dashboard

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner → Settings
2. Fill in your professional details — name, discipline, and provider number
3. These details are used to personalise your clinical notes

Step 3: Record Your First Consultation

1. From the dashboard, click New Consultation
2. Select the patient (or create a new patient record)
3. Click the Record button when you're ready to begin
4. Speak naturally — Quicka Health captures the conversation in real-time
5. Click Stop when the consultation ends

Step 4: Review Your Notes

After stopping the recording, Quicka Health automatically generates:

• SOAP notes — structured clinical documentation
• Treatment plan updates — based on what was discussed
• Follow-up actions — flagged for your review

Review the generated notes in Focus Mode, make any edits, then approve and push to your practice management system.
